I’m on vacation this week, so I’ve re-released one of my favorite episodes from this year—my deep dive into Keith Johnstone’s groundbreaking book on theatrical improv, Impro.
Joining me for this conversation is my friend and fellow Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coach Nina Hart, herself no stranger to performance. We dug into how we can be our own biggest obstacles to our own creativity, which is a major focus of the book.
I think Impro may be the greatest book on creativity ever written (though in fairness, I haven’t finished Rick Rubin’s The Creative Act yet). If you’ve never read it, I hope you’ll find a good overview in this episode.
Check it out on YouTube or on your favorite podcatcher.
This is a deep episode, so I’d love to hear your thoughts. Please leave a comment!
