Oh, don’t we ALL? Even having had my own very powerful personal experiences with this principle, it can be hard to remember that it really does actually work better than the usual way we’re told to do things!
I've made a list of things to do for just five minutes every day. Then hopefully I'll do them longer than five minutes! I realize, after watching your video, and this is probably obvious to everyone else in the universe, goals/activites have to be within your control!
It is NOT obvious to everyone else! Most of us think we have to set the BIG GOAL and then go do ALL of it, which is how we set ourselves up to fail. It is funny, though, how setting a 5-minute goal, but giving ourselves permission to go beyond 5 minutes if we get rolling and don't want to stop, works SO much better.
